구상금
1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 348,460,401 and KRW 255,029,631 among them. From March 30, 2005 to May 30, 2005.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff 348,460,401 won and 255,029,631 won and 18% per annum from March 30, 2005 to May 31, 2005, 15% per annum from June 8, 2006 to June 8, 2006, 15% per annum from June 30, 2005 to June 8, 2006, and 20% per annum from the next day to September 30, 2015, and from September 30, 2015 to the day of full payment, the defendants are obligated to pay to the plaintiff 15% interest per annum. It is so decided as per Disposition.
