Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in the driving of the Category B car.
On June 30, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 02:02,00, while driving the said vehicle at around 02:02,00, the Defendant was running at an insular speed from the right side of the Gu road to the right side of the Gu road at the right side of the Gu road.
