1. The Defendant conspired to steal the number plates to be attached to the said car, along with the friendly job offering C, and D, that the car purchased through the Internet is no number plates due to tax in arrears.

On December 23, 2012, from around 24:00 to 01:00 of the following day, the Defendant removed the front number plate from the Defendant’s front number plate by using the stampner owned by D, and C and D removed the back number plate using the stampner.

Accordingly, the Defendant, together with C and D, stolen two number plates on the market price owned by the victim.

2. On December 25, 2012, the Defendant, along with C, posted a F-car number plate, which was stolen, as stipulated in paragraph 1, at the parking lot located in the place of the Sincheon-dong Police Station in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si. In addition, the Defendant posted the F-car number plate, which was purchased through the Internet.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with C to use the motor vehicle registration number plate which is air defense.

3. The Defendant illegally used air call from the date specified in paragraph (2) to March 1, 2013, operated the said car at Suwon-si, Sinsan-si, and Sinsung-si, and exercised the air defense illegally used by v.

4. Around December 23, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed License) driving a franchise-free car without a car driver’s license from Suwon-si G Apartment B 401 to the parking lot of the same Si/Gu, Dong-dong 189-1, Dong-dong 189-1.
