1. On December 1, 2017, the Defendant completed the prescriptive acquisition on December 1, 2017, with respect to one-half share of the 1,931 square meters in Gu, Si, Gu, Si, Si, and Gu.
1. Indication of Claim: The Plaintiff’s mother D (the death of August 1, 2017) and the Defendant jointly own one-half shares of the Plaintiff’s mother D (the Plaintiff’s mother of August 1, 2017) but the registration under the name of the Defendant was made in order to prevent D from any voluntary disposal of the said land; and on the ground that D’s house collection and the Plaintiff possessed the entire said land independently by cultivating the entire land, the Defendant is liable to implement the procedure for ownership transfer registration on December 1, 2017 with respect to the Defendant’s share of the said land by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
