1. The Defendant is jointly and severally with C as to KRW 38,775,161 and KRW 13,167,354 among them, respectively, to the Plaintiff. < Amended by Act No. 1459, May 2, 2019>

(However, the creditor's "debtor" is considered to be the "defendant", and the payment order for C is finalized. 2. Judgment by service by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019; and effective from June 1, 2019) is dismissed.
