1. The defendant shall pay 5,389,040 won to the plaintiff and 20,000,000 won among them to the day of full payment.
1. The Plaintiff, on October 15, 201, lent to the Defendant the sum of KRW 15 million on October 15, 2010, and KRW 20 million on December 21, 201, KRW 30 million until April 10, 201, and KRW 10 million until May 31, 201.
Then, on December 18, 201, the Defendant agreed to pay interest calculated at 24% per annum to the Plaintiff from May 2011.
In consideration of the interest rate under the Interest Limitation Act, if interest is re-calculated until April 30, 2017, it shall be 35,389,040 won which is close to the filing date of the lawsuit.
