[Around March 23, 2016, the Plaintiff borrowed the interest of KRW 200 million from the Plaintiff on April 15, 2016 to the full payment date (payment on April 15, 2016) and on May 2, 2016, the Plaintiff borrowed the interest at the rate of KRW 27.9% per annum if the Defendant C is unable to fully pay the principal by the due date, and the interest shall be paid at the rate of KRW 27.9% per annum if the due date for payment of interest is delayed once or more, and the Defendant B agreed to pay the principal and interest at the rate of KRW 27.9% per annum to the Plaintiff on February 2, 2016 (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
