1. As to KRW 35,929,023 and KRW 18,009,010 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,929,023 from September 25, 2014, and KRW 17,220,957.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by publication of the basis (Article 208 (3) 3, and Article 194 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Part partially dismissed: Provided, That the statutory interest rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 pursuant to the amended provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc. (amended on September 25, 2015) shall apply, and the portion of the claim that exceeds the scope shall be dismissed.
