On May 5, 2012, at around 16:00 on May 5, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated “K” in the subscriber name column, “L” in the resident registration number column, and “K” in the applicant column, and signed on the name side of the name, using a verification color pen, in Chapter 3 of the “application for entry” kept at the “H” mobile phone agency located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.
