1. The payment order in the Seoul Eastern District Court 2013 was issued against C Company and the Defendant.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It is as shown in the grounds for the claims in the attached Form (Provided, That the non-party D company with limited liability in paragraph (2) seems to be a clerical error in the C company); 2. Applicable legal provisions: Non-litigation judgment (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act)
