1. The remainder of the amount calculated by deducting the auction expenses from the proceeds of the auction by selling the 526m3m2 in Gyeong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff and the Defendant shared the real estate indicated in the Disposition No. 1 at the ratio of 1/5 and 4/5, and there is no agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on the partition of co-owned property. Since it is difficult or inappropriate to divide the said real estate in kind, the auction division is sought as shown in Disposition No. 1.
