1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 90,000,000 won and the period from December 31, 2018 to June 7, 2019.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without any ground (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The statutory interest rate under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Enforcement Decree) that reduces the statutory interest rate of 15% per annum to 12% per annum from May 21, 2019 and enters into force on June 1, 2019, the statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is recognized as being 15% per annum from the date following the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and damages for delay calculated at 12% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, and the excess shall be dismissed.
