2. The document that has been seized shall be confiscated from the accused;

On February 9, 2016, at around 22:50, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s main business by having the victim under the influence of “E” operated by the victim D, who drinks alcohol with F, a scarcity F, while drinking alcohol with F, etc., and by having the victim under the influence of the said main branch while taking a bath, and continuously breaking the disease on the floor. When the victim and his employee, who is the owner of the said main branch, continued to be removed from G, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s main business by having the victim under the influence of approximately 20 minutes, by preventing the customers from entering the said main branch, thereby interfering with the victim’s main business.

A special intimidation: (a) around February 23:20, 2016, the Defendant: (b) purchased a kitchen, which is a dangerous thing in H (H), from the victim D (34 tax) and employee victim G (29 tax), and subsequently sought a kitchen (20cm length of the kitchen) within the main point of “E” as set forth in paragraph 1, and subsequently purchased the kitchen, which is a dangerous thing in H (20cm).

The defendant at the above main point to the victim G, "I will die."

“Arhresh,” the kitchen knife the body of the victim G, threaten the victim’s G sound as if they are string, and the victim’s G sound is running in the kitchen, and the victim D who has running away from the kitchen, will die.

“Along with sound, the kitchen knife threatened the victim D’s face.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and threatened victims.
