The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (definite or misunderstanding of legal principles) is only about the victim's mobile phone in the name of the president of the center for older persons in this case, and there is no reason to place the victim in such room.
Nevertheless, the court below found the defendant guilty of inflicting bodily injury upon the victim. The court below erred by misapprehending the facts or by misapprehending the legal principles, which affected the conclusion of the judgment.
2. The judgment of the court below also asserted the same purport as the grounds for appeal, and the court below rejected the above argument and found the defendant guilty of the facts charged in this case, while explaining detailed circumstances as stated in its reasoning.
In light of the records of this case, the judgment of the court below is just and acceptable, and the defendant's assertion of misunderstanding of facts or misunderstanding of legal principles is not acceptable.
(3) The defendant's appeal is without merit and it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
