However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On February 1, 2008, the Defendant issued, at the Gwangju District Court, a summary order of 700,000 won for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, a summary order of 2 million won for the same crime in the same court on February 21, 2013, and a summary order of 5 million won for the same crime in the same court on March 25, 2014.

1. The crime committed on October 12, 2015;

B.
