1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 25% per annum from October 13, 201 to the day of full payment.
On October 2, 2011, the Plaintiff determined the amount of KRW 23 million as of October 12, 201 and the interest rate of KRW 2.5% (However, if the payment of interest is delayed for at least 15 days, the amount calculated by adding 1.5% to the interest rate shall be paid as overdue interest) and lent to the Plaintiff.
[Evidence A 1 and 2] According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of loan 23 million won and the damages for delay calculated by the rate of 25% per annum for the plaintiff from October 13, 201 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the due date, to the day of full payment.
