However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

1. Special larceny;

A. On February 9, 2017, at around 20:0, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim C’s “Duser” operated by Seojin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Seoul Special Metropolitan City Co., Ltd.”); (b) entered the upper part of the lower part of the wooden door of the Schlage, which was prepared in advance, into the ancillary part; (c) opened a safe that was not set up in the inner part; and (d) stored KRW 10,000,000, KRW 10,000, KRW 40,000, KRW 10,000 as the victim’s own.

B. On February 14, 2017, at around 20:00, the Defendant entered the place as indicated in the above paragraph A, with a watch prepared in advance, entered the lower part of the above wooden door as an auxiliary gate, and subsequently, put 100 square meters of the market price of 10,000 won, which is the victim’s ownership within the inside of the said place, into the main gate, and continued to enter the said Schlage’s warehouse, and cut off the Defendant by putting in the plastic wing paper the victim’s market price of KRW 30,00,000,000, which is 30,000 won of the market price.

2. At night, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00 on February 28, 2017, at around 20:1-A; (b) around 20:0, the Defendant 1-B, as attached to the foregoing Schlage and entered into the port through the lower part of the wooden door; (c) subsequently, the Defendant 1-B, who was the victim’s possession inside the said port, was stolen with a single Samsung P 1 TV on the face of KRW 200,00,000 and a single mar on the market value, the victim’s market value located in the said Schlage.

3. Larceny;

A. At around 21:00 on March 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) cut down the line connected to the above out-of-the-counter machine, which was pented, and cut down, on the top of the gate, the Defendant possessed at the victim’s market value of KRW 200,000,000, which is the victim’s possession of the above Schlage, and loaded the line in advance, on the gate that was connected to the above out-of-the-counter machine.

B. At around 06:00 on March 23, 2017, the Defendant deducted from the Schlage set forth in the above Section 1-A, two gas lines equivalent to KRW 100,000,000, the market value of the victim, which is the victim’s own side of the said Schlage, from the line connected to the said gas.
