A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 21, 2015, the Defendant, at around 18:40, driven a car without a driver’s license in the section of about 20km from the front of the 302 chemical apartment on the 36-lane, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongbuk-si, Chungcheongnam-gun, Gangwon-do, the Korean Peninsula of Gangwon-do, to the front of the 30km-gun, the Defendant driven a car without a driver’s license.
2. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.
Around 18:40 on January 21, 2015, the Defendant, while driving the said car and driving the national highway of the 2nd line of the 30th line, which is located south of the Gangseo-gun, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, in an irregular speed from the north to the south of the Korean Peninsula, one-lane. On the opposite direction, the Defendant: (a) led the victim D(30 years of age) driving the national highway to the parallel direction on the same line due to the negligence of entering the national highway in the opposite direction; (b) led the Defendant to an rapid operation of the Defendant’s vehicle; and (c) led the said franchise to the front part of the driver’s vehicle by the Ggallon of F(62 years of age) that was followed by the said vehicle.
Ultimately, even though the Defendant was negligent in the above occupational negligence to the victim D with injury, such as saved salt for three weeks, the Defendant stopped and escaped without taking measures, such as providing relief to the victim.
