1. The Defendant’s KRW 245,095,705 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 5% per annum from May 29, 2017 to March 21, 2019, and the following.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment with no basis for recognition (Article 208 (3) 1, and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The Plaintiff in part of each term of delay claimed payment of KRW 245,095,705 as to KRW 245,705 of the Disposition from May 29, 2017 to the date of full payment. However, the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum is applicable from the date after the copy of the complaint is served. Thus, the Plaintiff only recognized damages for delay at the rate of 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act from May 29, 2017 to March 21, 2019, the delivery date of the copy of the complaint in this case, and the excess portion is dismissed.
