1. The Defendant shall receive, on July 12, 1982, the Suwon District Court in relation to the Plaintiff with respect to the land size of 5329 square meters in Pyeongtaek-si C.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: The instant right to collateral was established around July 12, 1982, and the Defendant did not exercise the right to collateral security of this case until 33 years have passed, and thus the extinctive prescription of the said right to collateral security has expired, and thus, the instant lawsuit was filed by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
