Punishment of the crime
On September 2, 2014, at around 11:15, the Defendant driven a B Poter cargo vehicle while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 20 meters at approximately 0.212 percent at the front of the 281-20-20-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seocheon-si.
