The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning, the lower court’s determination that the facts charged in this case were guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning is justifiable.

As alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on the intentional act or performance of defamation without misunderstanding facts or failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations in violation of logical and empirical rules.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
