The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance that found the charged facts of this case guilty on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and it is just to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance and acquitted the defendant, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law such as misunderstanding facts beyond the limit of free conviction due to violation of logical and empirical rules, or misunderstanding the legal principles

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
