On November 4, 2016, a disposition to revoke the designation of a Chinese travel agent exclusively in charge of China issued by the respondent to the applicant on November 4, 2016 shall suspend its effect until the 14th day from the date of sentencing of the case of revocation of the designation of a Chinese travel agent exclusively in charge of China.

Reasons

According to the records of this case, it is recognized that the validity of the disposition entered in the order requires urgent measures to prevent irrecoverable damage to the applicant, and there is no other data to recognize that suspension of the execution of the disposition may have a significant impact on the public welfare. Thus, it shall be decided as ordered by Article 23 of the Administrative Litigation Act.
