[criminal records] On March 19, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for special larceny, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court, and two years of suspended execution, and the suspended execution was revoked due to the violation of the duty to observe the protection during the suspended execution period, and the suspended execution was completed on January 12, 2017 at the Ansan Prison.

[Criminal facts]

1. Larceny;

A. On January 19, 2017, around 02:24, the Defendant: (a) opened a front door that was parked in the 380-dong 380-dong, Sampo-si, Mapopo-si, Sinpo-si, Mapo-si; (b) opened a light door that was not corrected by the victim C, which was parked therein; and (c) invaded inside, and stolen, approximately KRW 2,000,000, which was owned by the victim and was located in the inside of the vehicle.

B. On January 31, 2017, around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a front door that was parked in the “F Authorized Brokerage Office located in Sinpo City E” on the street; and (b) intruded inside the vehicle with inside a HM6 vehicle owned by the victim G, and stolen with approximately 10,000 bills of gift certificates (10,000 won) 3; (c) Hyundai gift certificates (100,000 won notes); and (d) 10,000 bills of cash.

On February 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a bee apartment 102-8, which was parked in the 65-8 parking lot in Simpo-si, Simpo-si, Simpo-si, Simpo-si, 102, and intruded inside the Ji30 vehicles owned by the victim I, and (b) cut off the vehicle with two copies of the Bae Bank gift certificates (10,00 won) 5, cash 1,000 won, which were in the west between the inside seat and the front seat of the vehicle.

On February 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat that was parked in the front of K in Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Maco-owned L, which was parked therein; and (b) intruded inside to the inside, and caused the theft of the amount of KRW 1,000 per annum.

2. Attempted larceny;

A. On January 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 02:04 around 02:04, Mapopopo-ro 34, Mapo-ro, Mapo-ro, Mapo-si; and (b) Doz. Doz., Doz., the Defendant parked in the 371st page of the C
