The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

The defendant is a friendship relative with the victim C (ma, 15 years of age), D (ma, 12 years of age), and the victim E (ma, 15 years of age) is a relative relative with the victim, and the victim E (ma, 15 years of age) is a relative with the victim C.

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by Relatives) and Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by quasi-competence of minors under the age of 13), the Defendant enjoyed the victim’s chest on the side of the victim (in 10 years of age), who was divingd in the Incheon Seo-gu F and the room located in 1 B01, Dong 1 B01 around B, 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age, who is related to his relatives and who is in an impossible condition to resist.

B. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by Relatives) and Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by minor compulsions under the age of 13), the Defendant, at the location of paragraph 1(a) of the same Article, provided the victim with money to the victim (the victim 11 years of age) in his/her own name, left the victim by the Defendant, and was able to take advantage of the victim’s sexual side on the victim’s sexual side before and after the victim’s sexual side, he/she brought about the victim’s sexual side on the victim’s sexual side.

In this respect, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim under 13 years of age at the same time as his relatives.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age, who is related to his relatives and who is in an impossible condition to resist.

Quasi-rape in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes.
