Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
A store less than 9§¯ (hereinafter referred to as "place below body") shall be prohibited from capturing, and no one shall possess, distribute, process, keep or sell fishery resources, the capture of which is prohibited.
At around 19:30 on March 16, 2013, the Defendant purchased 160 mags, which were illegally captured at the C cafeteria located in Southern-gu B, Nam-gu, and kept 160 mags for the purpose of sale.
