Reasons

According to the records, although the defendant filed an appeal against the lower judgment on October 4, 2012 and received a written notification of the receipt of the trial record from the court on December 4, 2012, the defendant did not submit the grounds for appeal within 20 days from the deadline for submitting the legitimate grounds for appeal, and the petition of appeal does not contain any grounds for appeal, and it does not contain any grounds for ex officio examination on the records.
