2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff was married with E on March 24, 2005, but the agreement was married on December 13, 2010, and the Defendant is the husband of E’s female mother F.

B. On June 14, 2006, the Plaintiff entered the fishing vessel listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant fishing vessel”) on June 14, 2006.

C. A money transaction between the Plaintiff and the Defendant (1) while maintaining the marital relationship with the Plaintiff, E managed the Plaintiff’s deposit account in the name of the Plaintiff while being in charge of the Plaintiff’s financial affairs. The Defendant and the Defendant’s wife (H) borrowed money from time to time to time to time to the Plaintiff through E in the transaction statement in the Nonghyup Bank (H) deposit account in the Plaintiff’s name. (2) Under the circumstance that the remainder of October 19, 2009 was 75,964, the Defendant deposited KRW 10,000, F00,000, and KRW 20,000,000,000 and KRW 20,000,000 each on the same day.

The plaintiff between the plaintiff and C filed a claim for the registration of change of the owner, which caused the termination of the title trust agreement with respect to the fishing vessel of this case, with the joint defendant in this case, and between the plaintiff and C, "C at the fourth date for pleading ( September 3, 2015) recognized the title trust agreement with respect to the fishing vessel of this case, and when the ownership of the fishing vessel is restored from the defendant, the plaintiff caused the termination of the title trust agreement to the plaintiff.
