1. The Plaintiff:
A. The Seoul Housing and Urban Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Housing and Urban Corporation”) shall pay KRW 337,60,306 and its related amount from February 26, 2016 to November 16, 2017.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Party status 1) The Plaintiff is a member of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 101-ro 18, Seongbuk-gu apartment (7 Dong-dong 373 households, hereinafter “instant apartment”).
(2) The Defendant Seoul Housing and Urban Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”) is a business entity that constructed and sold the instant apartment, and the Ulsan Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Suld Construction”) and the Red Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Suld Co., Ltd.”) is a company that constructed the instant apartment upon contract from the Defendant Corporation, and constructed the instant apartment, and the Defendant Construction Financial Cooperative (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) is a business entity that constructed and sells it, regardless of whether it was before or after the amendment.
It is a guarantee company that concludes a warranty contract for the apartment of this case and issues a warranty bond.
B. On May 24, 2006, in the event that the Defendant union fails to perform the obligation of defect repair arising from the instant apartment on May 24, 2006, the Defendant union entered into each contract for defect repair to pay the warranty bond within the period and the amount specified in [Attachment 1] below to the head of Seongbuk-gu Office who is the guarantee creditor (hereinafter “each contract for defect repair of this case”).
