1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff is a corporation whose purpose is reinforced concrete construction business, window construction business, building assembly business, etc.
B. On November 22, 2012, the Defendant issued a public announcement of the purchase of the “Aluminium head and sculs” at the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency (hereinafter “instant product”) to the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency (hereinafter “instant public announcement”), and the main contents are as follows.

As to the metal creation 1,000, among the Defendant on December 13, 2012, the Plaintiff was selected as a successful bidder.
