The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On November 26, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (the age of 45) who parked in front of the aforementioned loan in front of the Masan-gu B lending in the front of the Masan-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on November 13:37, 2019, and the conflict with the parking problem.
2. Determination of applicable provisions of law: A judgment dismissing a public prosecution against non-prosecution of intention under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act on December 30, 2019, which was after the prosecution of this case under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act, and on December 30, 2019, by which the victim had agreed with the victim and expressed his/her intention not to punish the defendant:
