1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 58,272,225 as well as KRW 25,754,130 among them, from July 14, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for claims and the changed grounds for claims shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act and Article 150(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply to the case where a confession is deemed to be made.
