Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, from May 1996 to December 201, 201, was a person working in the land trust in Korea (state). The Defendant, upon the request of C, who is the actual operator of the (state)B, did not appear to arbitrarily create the official door of the name of the land trust in Korea in relation to the E development project in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.
1. On September 7, 2011, the Defendant: (a) connected the electronic approval system to the Korea Land Trust Office located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, by means of a computer on September 7, 2011; (b) entered the same into the column for the execution date; and (c) entered the “limited company B representative director” in the reception column; and (d) is scheduled to act as an agent for the acquisition of a development project from the Korean Land Trust in Korea; and (e) is scheduled to issue a letter of subrogation performance guarantee after acquisition.
After entering into and printing out to the purport that “the official seal of the President of the Land Trust in the name of the President of the Korea Land Trust in the name of the President of the Korea Land Trust,” the letter of “the official seal of the President of the Korea Land Trust.”
Defendant continued to pay “B’s funds (one hundred billion won)” in the electronic approval system by the foregoing method to creditors B as the top priority in the land trust in Korea.
After entering into and printing out to the purport of “,” the official seal of the President of the Korea Land Trust in the name of the President of the Korea Land Trust in order to arbitrarily prepare the official seal of the President of the Korea Land Trust.
The Defendant, at the above place of business drinking, exercised each of the above forged documents to F, etc. by reporting them to F, etc. through C.
2. On September 28, 2011, the Defendant, at the above Korea Land Trust Office on September 28, 2011, input the same method as Paragraph 1, into “B representative director of a limited company” in the electronic approval system and “B representative director of a limited company” in the reception column as of September 28, 2011, and promises to pay B, as the top priority, from the land trust in Korea, if the money is deposited in the land trust column.
