The costs of appeal are assessed against the defendant.

The Defendant’s ground of appeal is an issue of the selection of evidence and fact-finding, which is a fact-finding court, and cannot be seen as a legitimate ground of appeal. Furthermore, even if examining the record, it cannot be deemed that the evidence of the facts in the surrounding circumstances, which are obvious to the extent that there was no reasonable doubt in ordinary people as to whether the Defendant committed suicide, was committed, did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
