1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from July 12, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on May 3, 2013, lent KRW 22,00,00 to the Defendant on December 31, 2013 as the due date for repayment. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 22,00,000 per annum 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day after the original copy of the instant payment order was served to the day of full payment as requested by the Plaintiff.
