1. The reasoning for this Court’s explanation is as stated in the judgment of the court of first instance, including the annexed Form 2, except for the following modifications, and therefore, it is acceptable to accept it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Part 5 (2) 1 "No. 1" shall be further amended to subparagraph 2.
