1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a person who operates liquid pumps manufacturing business after completing business registration with the trade name "E" in the name of the defendant with the non-party C, D, and the plaintiff is a child of C.
B. On May 2012, the Plaintiff prepared a written statement to the effect that “The Had disc case was intended to be perused by himself at home, but it was considered to be lost and stolen. It will not bring information, such as the Hd disc, into home, nor be leaked to the outside.” At the future, the Plaintiff prepared a written statement to the effect that “The Had disc case was reported to the police from the Defendant.”
C. On November 14, 2012, the Defendant dismissed the Plaintiff on the following grounds (hereinafter “instant dismissal”).
First, the Plaintiff’s absence of business capacity and absence of business performance (hereinafter “reasons”). Second, the Plaintiff’s absence of business performance in a company’s major computer (representative computer, F chief, book manager, and book manager) and concealments the work.

F.C has filed a claim against the Defendant (this Court 2013Gahap973, 2013Gahap50541, Counterclaim) against the Defendant, such as the return of settlement amount according to the settlement of accounts in the same business relationship.
