임차보증금반환
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 7, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
In addition to the written evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant at around September 18, 2015, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 45 million, the lease term from September 21, 2015 to September 20, 2017, and the Defendant expressed the Plaintiff’s intention to terminate the lease agreement at around March 2018 and returned the leased object at around June 2018.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the lease deposit amounting to KRW 45 million and the damages for delay calculated by applying the rate of 15% per annum from July 7, 2017 to the date of full payment after the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint to the Plaintiff.
If so, the plaintiff's claim is accepted.
