As a result, the Defendant and C conspiredd to drive the said Lone Star or the said passenger car at the time of the instant case, and caused a malicious damage insurance company to pay the repair cost of the said Lone Star and the passenger bus (which is equivalent to KRW 1,801,70,00) to the Lone Star and the said company, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount.
