On April 29, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Ulsan District Court, and on January 20, 2016, the Defendant was able to have the same record as the Defendant had completed the enforcement of the sentence.

1. On February 18, 2016, the Defendant was released from Busan prison due to the detention in a workhouse due to the default of fine, and the Defendant was willing to take a war-free ceremony in a way that would lead to the payment of the drinking value, regardless of the absence of his/her intent or ability to pay the drinking value.

A. At around 04:00 on February 19, 2016, the Defendant committed a false act as if he were to pay the drinking value, and even if he was aware of being provided the above victims with the amount equivalent to KRW 425,00,00, such as two C, the Defendant did not pay the drinking value.

B. On February 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a false act as if he/she would have paid the alcohol value; and (b) was provided by the said victim with the amount equivalent to KRW 540,000, such as two weeks, and did not pay the alcohol value even if he/she received from the said victim with the amount equivalent to KRW 540,000, such as three weeks.

At around 22:00 on February 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a false act as if he would pay the alcohol value; and (b) was provided with the amount equivalent to KRW 390,000 of the market price, such as two C in the two weeks from the above victim; and (c) did not pay the alcohol value.

(d)

around 01:40 on February 25, 2016, the Defendant committed a false act as if he were to pay the alcohol value, and even if he was provided with 140,000 won per week from the above victim, he did not pay the alcohol value.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually got 1,495,000 won in total by deceiving four victims over four times as above.
