1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs are co-owners of the instant building.
(A) Types of business: From January 10, 2017 to January 9, 2019 (two years): 20,000,000 won per month: Article 6 (Termination, Termination, and Renewal, etc. of Contract) (1) of the Act (excluding value-added tax, and payment by 20,000 won per month), if any of the following grounds arises, the lessor shall notify the lessee of the performance thereof for a specified period and may terminate this contract immediately if he/she fails to perform it within the specified period:

B. On January 7, 2017, the Plaintiffs concluded the following lease agreements with the Defendant on the instant building:

After the conclusion of the instant lease agreement, the Defendant operates a shop with the trade name of “G” in the instant real estate, such as pressing, etc.

2. The plaintiffs' assertion
A. The Defendant, upon entering into the instant lease agreement, agreed to operate the sub-management shop in the instant building, and accordingly satisfying the requirements of the contract.
