However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On December 20, 2012, the Defendant was in breach of trust by organizing a Saemaeul Community “Saeng-gu,” a total of KRW 10,000,000,000,000, and a total of KRW 21,000,000 (hereinafter referred to as “Sae-gu,000,000,0000,0000,0000,000,0000,0000,0000,0000,0000,0000,0000,0000,0000,000,000 won.

A. On December 20, 2012, the Defendant in breach of trust against the victim C refers to “E” in the fishery products distribution store operated by the Defendant located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and “If 20,000 won per Gu unit are paid in 50,000 won, 21 times shall not be paid in advance,” and around that time, from around 20 to July 20, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 10,000 per Gu unit from the victim to the foreign exchange bank account (G) in the name of F, the husband of the Defendant. Accordingly, the Defendant, the former owner, was obligated to pay KRW 10,190,000 to the victim around August 20, 2014.

Nevertheless, on August 20, 2014, the Defendant did not pay the amount of money to the victim in violation of his/her duties and did not pay it to the victim, and acquired property gains equivalent to KRW 119 million in total by arbitrarily consuming personal debt repayment and living expenses, etc. on or around August 20, 2014, and suffered damages equivalent to the same amount.

B. On December 20, 2012, the Defendant in breach of trust against the victim H refers to “If 20,000 won per unit is paid in 50,000 won per unit to the victim H”, and around that time, from around 20 to July 20, 2014, the Defendant was transferred KRW 10,000 per unit to the foreign exchange bank account (G) in the name of F, the Defendant’s husband’s husband, and thus, on August 20, 2014, the Defendant was obligated to pay KRW 10,000 per unit to the victim around 20 times.

Nevertheless, there is a need to do so.
