Reasons

On May 13, 2015, the Defendant’s indication of the claim was determined and confirmed by the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2013Da313783 Decided May 13, 2015, and the Plaintiff paid all obligations under the above judgment to the Defendant on September 30, 2015, thus refusing compulsory execution. 2.
