1. The land listed in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Schedule shall be put to an auction and the proceeds thereof shall be deducted from the auction cost.

Reasons

1. Co-owned property partition claim on the ground of failure to reach agreement on the partition method of each land stated in the separate sheet indicating the claim;
