The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below’s determination that the charge against the Defendants is guilty is just, and there is no violation of the law of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence, such as misconception of facts or misunderstanding of relevant legal principles.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
