However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

1. From August 2, 2010 to July 13, 2012, the Defendant collected 41,15,000 won through 12 times from the above date and time to July 13, 2012, and withdrawn 2,60,000 won in cash by inserting a passbook under the name of the Defendant C at his own expense without the Defendant’s husband’s husband’s consent, as the cash withdrawal administered by the agricultural cooperative branch located in Songpa-gu Seoul District Branch.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. Forgery of private documents;

A. On December 1, 2010, the Defendant: (a) indicated “C” in the member column, “E” in the resident registration number column, “E” in the loan limit column, “5,000,000 won” in the first use amount column, “3,20,000 won” in the contract date column, “3,20,000 won” in the contract date column, “3,20,000” in the “20,000” in the “20,000,” and “on December 1, 2013,” in the column of the contract date,” “on December 1, 2010,” and “on December 1, 2013” in the column of the contract termination date.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a loan transaction contract in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On July 9, 2012, the Defendant borrowed KRW 25 million from H from H at the office of a lending business entity operating H located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Building 2, the Defendant stated “name: C, resident registration number E, address: I Dong 16, Gyeonggi-do, and stamped C’s name next to C’s name.”

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant forged a letter of joint and several sureties in the name of private document C, which is a private document.

3. The defendant is in charge of lending the forged document at the time and place specified in paragraph 2(a).
