The Defendant operated a singing practice hall with the trade name of “Csing practice hall” in Busan House B, and the singing practice room business operator is prohibited from selling or providing alcoholic beverages to customers within his place of business. On February 29, 2016, the Defendant sold to customers whose name cannot be known at the above singing practice place and sold alcoholic beverages with 3,000 won per canter to customers.
