On March 7, 2019, at around 00:40, the Defendant driven a F A8-car without obtaining a driver's license from approximately 300 meters of blood alcohol concentration to 0.095% of blood alcohol level from the front of C Bank located in Kimhae-si B to the front of E in Kimhae-si.

The Defendant committed the instant crime without being aware of the fact that he was sentenced to a suspended sentence for traffic accidents in 2018.

In that it is a drinking driving without a license, the responsibility for the crime is more serious.

The favorable circumstances: The Defendant recognized the instant crime, thereby not repeating the same mistake.

Since 2008, there is no details of punishment for driving without a license or driving without drinking.
