The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
At around 02:40 on December 23, 2019, the Defendant committed assault to the victim B (the age of 55) who is not aware of the third floor of Pyeongtaek-ro 51 at Pyeongtaek-si Dop-ro 51, without any reason, due to the Defendant’s s hand and s handout, when the victim’s face and side s handout, and the victim’s face and side s handout, without any reason.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
(b) The victim shall express his/her intention not to punish him/her after prosecution;
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
